These vegan leather pants give a twist on the current leather pants trend with the beautiful detail of the added high rise attached portion. The side cutouts add that extra edge of sexy. The fabric is medium weight, skinny fit, has a nice amount of stretch and is form fitting.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping is a flat rate of $8 for the United States.

We do over free shipping of orders $60+ for The United States only. 

We ship domestically and internationally. 

Our processing time is 1-5 business days. Typically 1-2 business days but 1-5 if demand has increased.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, once shipped items can take 1-3 business days to be delivered.

Total time to receive items can be anywhere from 2 business days - 8 business days. 

Refund Policy: 

Effective Immediately: Due to COVID19 we are currently not allowing returns, or exchanges. If there is a problem with an item due to a problem on our end then please email: and we will discuss store credit once picture evidence has been received. - 5/18/2020

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you have received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if the item came with a tag it must still be intact. 

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as lingerie or swimwear, cosmetic, or pierced jewelry to be eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase meaning you must provide us with your order number. 

There are certain situations where only store credit refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (this includes signs of use: damaged or missing tag, makeup, any customization, smell of laundry detergent, etc.)

Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery without consent will be rejected and you will not receive a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your refund has been rejected than you may receive store credit. Store credit applies to items that you want to return after the 5 days are up (with given consent) or items that are showing obvious signs of use. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. There needs to be picture evidence of any defect or damage. The item must still have the tag intact if applicable. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
