Your unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your item. Here at Nazeerah Love, we do not offer refunds, but we do offer store credit that can be used for future purchases.

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as lingerie or swimwear, cosmetic, or pierced jewelry to be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (this includes signs of use: damaged or missing tag, makeup, any customization, smell of laundry detergent, etc.) will not be approved for store credit or an exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery without consent will be rejected and you will not receive store credit or an exchange.
Store credit Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, as a gift card for the credited amount and will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
